MAURO BLANCO - Writer, director, producer


Award-winning filmmaker with over 30 years in the entertainment industry. Based in Los Angeles, with broad experience across show business — from live/session musician, voice-over artist, dubbing director, and SAG actor in film, TV, and commercials, to filmmaker. Has produced, directed, and edited films, documentaries, corporate videos, and TV shows. Active in film/TV sales and distribution since 2001, specializing in commercial negotiations and international rights acquisitions.

NICHOLAS CIRONE - Co-Producer


Born in New York. 22 years of experience in film advertising and market research. He has worked on both sides of the camera and across all areas of production, including casting and assistant directing. With deep expertise in promotions and cross-advertising, he has worked directly with Regal, AMC, Sony, National Amusements, and Cinemark Theatres. His comprehensive knowledge of film production—from pre-production to post, as well as advertising and sales.


MARILIA MORENO - Associate Producer / Actress

TV presenter, actress and producer. Originally from Brazil,  she has

presented and produced shows for Fox Latin America,

E! Entertainment, Sony Entertainment Latina America. She’s covered the red carpets for Sonywood News and E!. She has modeled for big name brands such as True Religion, Conair, Poko Pano, Avon, Kohl’s. Acted in major TV commercials for Carl’s Jr., Mercedes C Class, Kay Jewelers, GoDaddy.com, Miller, Lexus.

GISELLE PEKELMAN - Associate Producer


Giselle hails from Brazil and has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment business. She was a model and an actress in her teenage years. She's worked for Band TV, in Brazil, as a presenter, journalist and producer. She has acquired her MBA in California. She also holds a degree in architecture. She has worked with the director/producer Mauro Blanco in several productions.

DONALD MASTEL - Production Designer/Set Building Supervisor


Born in Yakima, Washington. He has decorated and built sets for several plays, TV pilots and films in Los Angeles. He has worked for Mel Brooks, Carl Reiner, Lucille Ball, Rosemary Clooney and Robert Culp. He has owned a home improvement business since 1988. His expertise in construction, his trouble-shooting abilities and his artistic eyes are a great asset to any production. He’s been close friends with the director since 1993 and they have worked together in various productions.

MARIO COSTA - Composer


Born in Rio de Janeiro, Mario has lived in Los Angeles since 1989, when he moved to study music. With over 30 years of experience composing for theater, TV, film, and media.. Co-founder of Brazil's “Manhas e Manias” theater group and leader of L.A. based Brazilian band “The Rio Thing,” he also directed for “Casseta e Planeta Urgente,” a top comedy show on Brazil’s TV Globo. In recent years, he has composed hundreds of pieces for the Alvani Music Library.


THAIS FERLANTE - Production Coordinator/Legal


Born in São Paulo, Thais is a licensed attorney in Brazil and Portugal, specializing in international licensing agreements.  She is also a photojournalist with work published worldwide and a member of the United Press Agency. Thais has managed and produced various international events and contributed to major outlets, including People, Us, Life & Style, Star (U.S.), Neue Post and Bunte (Germany), Veja and Exame (Brazil), as well as the New York Daily News, New York Post, and Daily Mail.

CARLOS TAVARES - Production Coordinator


Originally from Rio de Janeiro, he began my career in

U.S. animation, working on An American Tail and producing

for Hanna-Barbera and Marvel. After directing commercials and TV in Brazil, he returned to California to pursue independent projects, discovering a passion for documentaries. His award-winning film The Confederate Flag Still Flies in the South (2001) explored Confederate families in Brazil. He now develops TV, documentaries, and docu-dramas in Southern California.

MARIO PUGLIESE - Associate Producer / Legal


After studying film and video at FAAP, and publicity and marketing at ESPM, he earned a law degree from Anchieta University and a Master’s from PUC São Paulo, specializing in collective law, consumer rights, urbanism, environment, internet, and culture. He also works as a tax consultant and founded his own production company focused on cultural projects, films, TV shows, and events.

FRANCISCO SILVA - Visual Effects Supervisor


Francisco has done visual effects for films such as “Hacker”, with Haylie Duff, “Turbulence”, with Dina Meyer and Victoria Pratt, “It’s in the streets”, “Restored me”, with Richard T. Jones and Steven Bauer, the family adventure “The kids from 62-F” and “Arranged Marriage” a Bollywood film directed by Nadeem Soumah. He has also worked with the director in two of his award-winning films and in his own sci-fi project, “Zora One Chronicles”.


CAROLINE DARRIEUX - Stylist


Creative professional with extensive experience in film, TV, advertising, theater, ballet, and photo shoots. Degree in fashion and a specialization in costume design. Shifted from the fashion industry to costume work by chance and found her passion. Her career began at TV Globo, South America’s largest network, known for its Emmy-winning productions. A proud contributor to its acclaimed shows, Caroline moved to the U.S. in 2010, rebuilding her career and expanding her impressive portfolio.

BRIANNE NICHOLS - 1st Production Assistant


Born in Santa Monica, California, Brianne moved to Sweden at the age of one. She later lived in Australia, where she studied business administration and discovered her passion for personal and professional development. After moving to the UK, she earned a degree in psychology and therapy, followed by a master’s in psychological research at Bangor University in Wales, where she also completed a PhD in positive psychology.

CHELSEA MARTIN - Actress


Chelsea Martin is an American actress from Northern California whose career began with lead roles in short films, music videos, and commercials. Aiming for feature films and TV, she landed her first major role as Violet in Lifetime’s “Mother, May I Sleep with Danger?”, executive produced by James Franco. She also voiced a lead character in an audio thriller by producer/director Mauro Blanco.

NINA EPIFANOVA - Martial Artist / Actress


Nina studied ballet in Russia and Europe, performed internationally in dance and musicals, and trained in acting at the Conservatory. A martial artist specializing in Kung Fu and boxing, she trained in China and won international competitions with the sword. She holds a B.A. in English literature and has starred in films like Fuego with David Carradine. Nina now models in New York and studies at the Stella Adler Studio.

DAVID CHASE - Actor


David studied with Larry Moss, Cliff Osmond, Mark Monroe, Richard Seyd, and Shari Carlson, as well as Deborah Headwall and Terry Schreiber in NYC. He trained with Patsy Rodenburg and Tim Phillips, and taught movement at the Neighborhood Playhouse. His work includes films with Alfre Woodard and Benjamin Bratt, TV co-starring roles, and theater at the Hudson and Odyssey theaters.

MARCIA BLANCO - Publicity / Marketing


Partner and owner of Imediata Propaganda in Rio de Janeiro. Creative Director. Degree in Social Communication from PUC RJ. Completed her studies in Marketing and Promotions at ESPM. She has worked in the creative department of agencies such as Fiore Comunicação, Jtrês Comunicação and Oito Publicidade, among others, and has worked with clients from various fields. Michelin, GlaxoSmithkline, Knoll Laboratory, Sony Music, Warner Music, Shopping Multicenter, O Boticário, to name but a few.
